The home and property are very special. Extremely comfortable in every way. The location was perfect for me. I was visiting family and friends in the area and dreaded staying in a high rise hotel in King of Prussia. I highly recommend staying here.

What a beautiful property! The pictures hardly do justice to such a unique place - 1800s mill on the water with a view from the bed. We also took time to enjoy some the surroundings including the nearby bike trail. To top it off, Logan and Lou were very welcoming, even letting our dog crash their Friday evening to say hello, dropping off breakfast pastries, and offering us use of their pizza oven. We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend getaway and would happily come back.

Logan’s place is beautiful. Being on the river was especially peaceful and we found the space to be just what we needed for our stay. We felt very much at home here as did our very small dog who appreciated the full water dish upon arrival after a very long travel day. We cannot say enough good things about this host and Lou who lived on site. We had a slow leak tire and they helped with providing an air compressor, local recommendations for a fix, and even calling the tire place for us to help move along the repair. We would give them 10 stars if that was an option. Their kindness and support meant so much to us. Stay here if you can. It’s worth it.

Logan and Lou were amazing hosts! They truly made me and my partner feel welcomed, and they went above and beyond in ensuring we were comfortable. Even helped me out by sneaking in a cake prior to arrival since I didn’t have time to grab it without ruining the surprise! Everything was clean, the hot tub was beautiful, the site on the lake was amazing.. more than we could ever ask for’
