Jamie is extremely helpful with local recommendation and very quick to respond. Location: Right on the lake. Beautiful views. Very close to Walmart, restaurants, and everything and anything you need to do in Hot Springs. Accommodation: this is a tiny apartment and will require climbing up and down the stairs. Everything I needed to make a decent breakfast was there. Shower supplies were adequate. There’s no air conditioning in the bedroom. Also, the ceiling is barely 8ft high and has ceiling fans. If you are arachnophobic, Close proximity to the lake and hot weather brings a lot of big and small spiders. In fact, subdivision gate keypad had a one inch spider right on the keypad for additional security.

Jamie's place served its purpose for our stay, primarily as a spot to rest our heads after a packed day. The lakeside view added a touch of serenity, perfect for daydreaming. We were grateful for Jamie's local recommendations. We wished she had mentioned the potential for power outages with use of the space heater beforehand. Being wet and cold in the midst of a storm, heat was what we sought. Despite the minor setbacks of experiencing a power outage shortly after using the space heater, Jamie provided clear instructions for restoring power. However, it would have been helpful if she had preemptively informed us about this issue. Additionally, the absence of shower soap was a letdown, especially considering the otherwise well-stocked space. Despite reaching out to Jamie for assistance, we received no response or acknowledgment to this request. We purchased soap ourselves and let her know and still no acknowledgment. Future guests should remember to bring their own soap.☺️
