Pleased with everything except for the stairs entrance it was raining and it made it very difficult to bring on luggage. Besides that we enjoyed ourselves. The place was clean and stocked with everything you needed.

The condo was just as advertised and at a great location. The area was very quiet when we stayed and was relatively easy to navigate once you get there for the first time. I will say, parking in general can be tight if you have a bigger vehicle so be prepared if it is busy. Overall, it was a great condo! It was clean, had great amenities, and was a great experience overall! Definitely will stay here again when we come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. My grandbabies enjoyed the fishing from the back deck. Just wish we had time to stay longer. There were several places to visit within a few minutes drive.

Once inside the condo open all the blinds and look out on the back deck...it just doesn't get any better. Relaxing lake and mountain views!

We had a great time in Hot Springs and felt right at home and comfortable in this place. Loved being in the water, my kids loved the bunk beds, it was really nice to have 2 bathrooms.
