This house had a perfect location for us. It was about 10 minutes to downtown and about 20 to Hot Springs Off Road park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ross had the kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, cream and sugar. There were also snacks in the cabinet. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The bathroom had extra toothbrushes and toothpaste as well as other items. The neighborhood was neat and had a lot of places to walk. We enjoyed sitting on the covered patio looking at the view of the lake and listening to the birds. I definitely would recommend this house for anyone visiting the Hot Springs area. Thank you, Ross for your hospitality!

Ross was very kind and responsive, the home could use a few minor repairs, but for a one night stay my Doggo and I couldn’t have been happier.
