Absolutely matched the description and photos, a lovely rural location in a big house five minute walk to the nearest pub with food in one direction and similar in the other direction, great park type location. Listen to the birds while you’re sleeping in a comfortable bed plus quality pillows and duvet all lovely and cosy.

Joby is a great host and I'd be very happy to stay again. The accommodation is always thoroughly clean and sheets fresh. The building has a very interesting history and is nestled right against the countryside while being close to Derby and surroundings.

Joby’s place was in a nice location surrounded by nature. However not very close to supermarket etc. Great private parking! Not very clear where the flat was on entry, not labelled in lobby. Smelt a little musky, probably as it’s an old property. On entry into room, window was held open and I found lady bugs on bed sheets and around window ledges/walls. However room/bathroom/ kitchen was very clean. There was very conveniently coffee and tea available which was fantastic. All very warm and cosy!! Reasonably priced and good location near to airport/training centre if you have a car.

I had a comfortable stay, with flexible check-in and good privacy. The surroundings are great and there's no issue with parking. Joby is responsive and helpful.
