This was a wonderful place right in the middle of the city. It was in a safe neighborhood and the place it self was very clean and nice but it is very hot inside the apartment,

The overview of the house never mentioned that the apartment was on the top floor which is 4 flights of stairs( found out on day of). Would've never chosen if I knew there apt was on top floor and elevator(who want to bring suitcases up 4 flights of stairs). Also, security did not have information about our check-in nor knew the buildings. TV channels were locked had to have someone come out.. The toilet in the hallway needed repair because couldn't flush without taking cover off. Reached out but delayed response. Then wanted a plumber to come after 9pm!! Luckily each room had own bathroom. Checkout day received reminders at 7 & 8am to leave towels and utensils because if missing we would be charged. Who is going to steal towels and old utensils? Just felt it was too much!!There was more concern about that than any instructions about where to put the trash. Overall apt was nice but added touch Would've been to have someone bring suitcases to top floor or at least mention in listing
