Good place walkng distance to the plaza, and clean. I even walked to old town. Being by the highway made ubers fast and easy. Private AC units in bedrooms keep the rooms nice and cold.

just spent 3 days at Ericks Strawberry #1 unit. Place was located in a perfect area with everything near by and alot of locations are walking distance. You are literally 1 minute walking from LA Placita and like 3 minutes driving to the beach and 10 minutes driving to old San Juan, again this location was I'm a perfect area. So with the property you have gated private parking, Just use the key to open the gate and pull in and lock the gate. The unit was on the 2nd floor, it was a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit, inside the unit everything was clean, towels were provided but make sure to have your own wash cloths. The unit fitted to our needs, both bedrooms had air conditioning and a big tv in the livingroom. We had a great time in PR and this unit again was set in the best location for us to get around and it was a nice unit to stay in. I would definitely stay here again, no questions asked or another unit that Erick has. Thanks alot Erick

The place was mostly clean, but the floor was sticky. Communication with the host was good before arrival, but it slowed down once I was there, and they didn't address a comment about a loose door lock. The apartment's location matched the listing, with the bonus of private parking, though it's a bit tight. Check-in was quick and easy. The place was as described, except for a loose toilet that needs fixing. Considering the price, it offers good value compared to other options.

This is a great stay for your time in San Juan! There was some noise in the building and a rooster next door, but I think things like that are acceptable when you’re getting an affordable place like this. The airbnb was clean, the host was very kind, and he responded quickly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a broken window and we were getting bitten by mosquitoes a lot.
