The house was as described and per the pictures shared on the app. It is at a very good location with all basic necessities available nearby. Closer to the Anjuna and Vagator beaches. We faced power outage issue for most of our stay and water supply issue on the last day before checkout. Sujal the care taker was kind enough to provide us a bucket of water for urgency. Although it was not the host's fault but sijce our experience wasn't great due to these issues, Mayank has offered to refund a day's tariff which was fair for us as well. Minus the power and water issue we faced, this is an excellent option to spend your Goa vacation.

The host gave us outstanding service even lets us late checkout without any extra charge was cooperative aswell on every matter we did trouble him alot with our late checkout and late check in literally we checked it at midnight but everything went smoothly will recommend for sure the caretake was very generous person helped us booking scooty nd car at a very reasonable price thankyou will definitely book in future

The place was nearby to every beach, cafes and clubs. Mayank was very responsive and the guy who’s taking care of the property was great. His name is Sujal m.
