Jacqueline and Sylvia were both super helpful and very responsive. Really great price for what you’re getting, lovely place, central to everything especially if you have a car and a nice quiet area. the heating is also amazing!

This was my first time staying in Footscray and I felt that Jacqui and Sylvia’s place was in a great location to navigate the area easily. The check in process is easy. A few highlight features were the secure underground parking, the night time security doors, the apartment itself was very spacious and the high ceilings were a great addition. The king bed is very comfortable. The place was freshly cleaned prior to arrival and looked and felt clean. A couple personal downside’s to the apartment were that there are no blinds on the bedroom or living room windows..So people who enjoy their sleep ins, bring an eye mask. Since there are no blinds in those areas, another larger downside was that there is minimal privacy in the living room or main bedroom as the neighbouring apartments can see straight inside, and it reflects off the wardrobe mirrors. This did make me feel a little uncomfortable and was unusual. Overall, nice clear communication, and nice apartment. Thank you

Jacqueline was very responsive to all my requests and check in and check out processes went smoothly. Access to the Maribyrnong River for walk/run was a highlight and transport from Footscray station into city is very efficient. The lack of an outlook from the apartment maybe an issue for some but high ceilings and high windows are also a nice feature. Recommend!

Awesome location, close to footscray center but still quiet. Communication was quick and proactive, we would happily stay again.
