Was a perfect stay for our weekend at the racing circuit. Close to Cowes for food and beverage options and the circuit just 5 minutes away. Property was clean, but they should do a scour under the beds every so often- a bit dusty. Just make sure to bring your linens, towels as described but also ensure you have toiletries. Would definitely stay again in future.

Lovely quiet area. Bird-life was delightful daily and you can hear the ocean from the house which made sleeping at night relaxing. Close to main roads and popular beaches and locations.

We had a wonderful stay here for the busy summer period, there is plenty of room for a family of 4 , it pretty much has everything there you would need for a short stay , it's short on cooking needs but it is clean and tidy . There is TV in two bedrooms and master bed was comfortable, the other 2 beds were a little firm but ok for kids. Good DVD selection , no games , good cooling in main living and the fans are clean and are good in two rooms , there is a fan in the third . There is side lamps also in all rooms for reading . The entry is great to keep all the shoes and sand out of the house , it has good access to the side entertaining area for bikes and fishing rods , The TV and couch ouside was a great extra for the kids , the yard is generous for sport . The beach is close with footpaths for bikes and its location is excellent. We deffently would booking this place again . MH
