Pauline’ house stay experience is as good as it gets. There is everything that guests need in her house. She and her husband is very kind and is willing to help guests. Facilities and interior is also very nice exactly as you can see the photos. There is also Highland park nearby. It’s cool place for ust taking a walk or running. I have been felt just as like being at my home during my stay for 6 weeks. Thank you very much, Pauline and Niji!

Both hosts were thoughtful and kind and communicated well about any upcoming changes. Roommates were nice and kept mostly to themselves. Very clean place and never had any problems with cleanliness in the bathroom or bedroom. Surrounding area is very residential but only a 7/8 min walk to the nearest train station. Down the street from the neighborhood park and library which was nice. Would def recommend this place

Pauline and her partner were great hosts. They came often to check on how things were in the space, which was no problem. The space is very clean and tidy. Also appreciated special asks could be accommodated . Highly recommend and would stay again!

Pauline and her husband are absolutely wonderful hosts! Their attention to detail is evident in each area of the house, from cleanliness to printed out pamphlets with suggestions/info about the area. They are also quick to respond/react to/provide updates for any other matters. I stayed for 3 months and would highly recommend it for other long-term stays! They're incredibly kind, super helpful, and very communicative! You'll have tons of space in regards to the cabinets, refrigerator, and freezer areas. The place is super close to the J train, which can take you straight into Manhattan or easily get you to other trains. I experienced both heating and air conditioning during my stay--both were great! Having laundry in unit is also a huge plus! You share the duplex with 3 others, but for the most part, everyone keeps to their own schedules/areas. At best, you might get some friendly roommates to chat to when you run into each other. If you're wondering whether to book, go for it! :-)

Pauline and Niji are really great landlords! They care a lot about this place and want to make and keep it nice, tidy and clean. And they are always available if you have a question and answer very fast.
