I checked in late on 8/14 and had moved all my stuff out by 730am the following morning and have been given a full refund by AirBnB of the 30 days I paid for. The kitchen and bathroom are filthy. Both areas are completely overrun by German cockroaches. Despite the place being shared by three other tenants presumably all paying over $1000/mo. the host does not maintain even a basic level of cleanliness in the listing even though he lives downstairs with his family. It is shameful that this host is re-listing this room despite just losing a booking over this issue. It’s not possible for the cockroaches to have been dealt with this quickly. He’s counting on you not reading this review. DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM. It should not be available for human habitation let alone listed on AirBnB and I have the disgusting videos to prove it.

Avoid this place at all costs. It is disgusting, vile, filthy, and should not be allowed. If for some reason you find yourself trapped there, alert Airbnb immediately and demand they find you better accommodations.

Stayed at Masud’s place for a month & absolutely enjoyed it! the room is big & v comfortable! only a 5 minute walk to the J train. Masud also was very quick in his responses & an all around great host! 10/10 recommend
