The Lakeside Cottage was a perfect retreat and home-base for our group while we celebrated the nuptials of some friends. The sunset over the water is stunning and was a serene reprieve for us. The cottage itself is well appointed with everything we needed to feel at home. We hope to be back again someday!

Great private location; home is beautifully furnished and clean. Amazing lake views sunrise and sunset and lots of space. Kitchen has lots of space and amenities. Lots of dining seats and three full bathrooms which is always a bonus! Fire-pit with lots of seats, games cabinet and fireplace. It’s is so cozy and comfy! Honestly such a gem of a place!

The cottage is beautiful, the deck is a lovely place to sit and watch the water. There are two lovely living rooms with lots of room to lounge. Quick drive to Amherstburg for groceries and lots of wineries and nearby beaches. The kitchen was missing a cheese grater, and tea towels, and we did have to buy additional toilet paper and paper towels, because we stayed a week. As long as you are willing to bring or buy a few extra supplies, no problem. It is a lovely cottage with a beautiful view of Lake Erie.

Danielle’s was very responsive and the place was so spacious, pretty yet homey and clean. We had a good time there and would come back!
