Our family had a short stay at Ruth’s place, it was an ok stay and we felt safe. We didn’t have access to pool as described as they had to get approval from management etc however before I booked I asked Ruth if we would have access to the pool in the compound she said yes, when we got there she told me it was best for my family to use the public pool I didn’t book this place for usage at the public pool I felt that was rather rude on the way she said that to me. She had enough time to get management to approve us before we arrived. There are small visible bugs that are in the main bedroom washroom and kitchen. I cleaned it and didn’t have any issue with them after. Cleaning I would advise need to be done a little better. Used brushed left back from previous guest in washroom shower and used soap. Snacks were left for us on arrival thank you, plus allowed us to leave our bags early as well.
