Kimberly’s place is neat and clean. The bed is comfy and clean linens to curl under the cold AC. Everything is close to St Therese Church, walking distance to the Casino, and resto. NAIA Terminal 3 is practically 10 minutes away over the Skywalk. Kimberly is easy to communicate and responsive. If you are a light sleeper make sure to bring ear plugs or listen to your fave music with your headset. It is a busy road down below day or night.

We had our cat with us when we stayed and we had a really nice time. We got to also use the pool. It was exactly as described. The security and lobby personnel were very kind as well. And communication with Kim was very smooth.

Apartment has everything it needed. Comfortable bed, good aircon, quite big shower. Generally quite spacious and well maintained. Only one thing was the busy road right outside the window. I’m a hard sleeper so it didn’t bother me that much but if you need silence at night this might be too loud with the cars right under the window. Thanks!
