The outdoor oasis is very private and comfortable and features a heated saltwater pool and a spa. With over 2,100 sq feet of indoor living space, there is room for everyone. The villa has Brazilian hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings and 3 slider doors to the pool/patio and a large panoramic window in the kitchen, so you can enjoy the calming view of the pool/spa and waterfall. The modern kitchen features, stone countertops, Jenn-Air stainless-steel appliances (induction cooktop, built in microwave, oven, fridge and a beverage cooler), center island with breakfast bar that seats 3, a coffee/tea station and a breakfast nook. There are small appliances like an Air fryer, crockpot, blender and an electric wine opener, wine glasses etc...... The family room has a 65-inch Smart TV with standard cable 2 comfy couches, games and books. The large sliding doors provide direct access to the pool. The formal living room has a sleeper sofa and additional sitting. The formal dining room has a large, elegant table and sitting for 6. The master suite is secluded from the other bedrooms, it has a split King bed with an adjustable base and two separate remote controls, so that each person can choose their favorite sleeping/sitting position. There is even a massage option!!! There is his and her closet and a spacious master bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The large sliding doors lead to the patio/pool area. The other two bedrooms are located on the right side of the house and share the second bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfy Queen size bed and a spacious closet. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a large closet. The second bathroom has a large vanity a tub/shower combo and a linen closet. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room, right behind the kitchen.
