The home was lovely. The house had everything we needed and more. Heather was gracious enough to provide a high chair for our little one! The location is wonderful, close to beaches, grocery stores, downtown Venice, it’s quite peaceful, we enjoyed watching the wildlife by the water. Despite the pool staying fairly chili, our kids hopped in a couple of times. There were several pool floaties and beach items for use, which was really convenient for our family. The house is certainly geared towards families and that’s why we opted for it! We would certainly stay again! Thank you Heather for sharing your lovely home with us!

It was a beautiful home. Beautiful outdoor area- peaceful. Was disappointed of the bedrooms as we thought it was a double bed.and instead was a trendle bed. Pool was great. Host was very responsive

Heather and Chad very accommodating and always quick to respond to issues as they arose. The home is very well located, close to beaches and shopping. The kitchen was very well equipped as well as an outside smoker, and grills. The grounds are beautiful. Although well appointed, the home did not meet the expectations set by the photos in the listing. Photos of bedrooms #1 & #3 showed king beds. The photos were actually the same bedroom taken from different angles. The photos of “full bathrooms” #1 & #2 are also the same bathroom taken from different angles only with a different sinks. Only the master bedroom had an available closet and dresser. Bedroom #2 was a sunroom with a trundle bed. Only one bedroom was suitable for adults. If you are a family with young children this home would work well as Heather and Chad were very generous providing lots of outdoor gear, toys and books. Our grandchildren were very entertained except for the unheated pool which was too cold to use.

Heather's place was amazing. Myself. Husband and 3 kids enjoyed our stay tremendously. The pool for us was the best part. The house had so many extras as well that were so great and helpful, kids toys, books, games, cooking utensils/appliances, and pool toys. It made us feel right at home and helped us enjoy our family time. The house was close to many beaches, restaurants and stores as well. We had a fantastic week and look forward to returning in the future
