This Airbnb experience is straight out of a beautiful movie, and frankly should be recognized by the local news. If only I had a TikTok to help Nancy go viral. Nancy, the host, has perfected the art of hosting. She makes herself available 24/7 for anything you might need, big or small, and she truly means it. Each morning, guests are greeted with a freshly brewed cup of coffee perfectly timed to their routine. If you're around during the day, soothing cello sounds ensue (Nancy is a professional cellist). The common spaces, bedrooms, and ESPECIALLY the linens are spotless, and due to my longer stay I was able to see how hard Nancy worked to clean and prepare in between guests. If hesitant about the low price or the area, don't be; the prices are just incredibly fair (not looking to profiteer), and the street is calm and quiet and a 10 min walk away to some of Richmond's best food stops (Laura Lee's and WPA Bakery) and park (Forest Hill). Many of Nancy's guests re-book, and I did too.

Nancy provided a very comfortable stay at her house! She went above and beyond to make me feel safe and right at home in her house. I appreciate her kindness and her attentiveness!

Nancy is a sweetheart. She gave clear instructions, was always responsive and the place looked like in the pictures. Linen was clean and spotless and provided the comfort needed to exceed expectations. She is a great host.
