Great house, poor maintenance! This house is amazing! Good location, spacious, beautiful layout, peaceful deck, nice views, upgraded appliances, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for big groups or families! Unfortunately, it needs some good cleaning, some TLC in some areas, better WiFi and a warning of “flies”!! So many flies, especially around the kitchen. It was pretty disgusting. There aren’t any beaches walking distance from the house as described in the site. It is surrounded by the bay, and really not good areas to swim. There is no Central AC either. Most rooms have a room unit though. We really wanted to love this house but we got very disappointed as the day went on, especially when you find wet linens in the dryer and some of those were for the master bed that wasn’t made yet. We let the company know about the issues above and other ones and they were fairly quick to get back to us. If these issues get resolved, we will be able to be back.

Great location. However, there were issues with sanitation. Thankfully they responded fairly well.

I really wanted to love this place, but I just could not. There were so many issues, some may think it's petty & maybe not care, but when I pay for 2 working showers... I want 2 working showers! The location & deck were awesome!!! That's about it! It's a real shame that who ever did the remodeling on this house did a horrible job!
