We had a wonderful stay with family and friends. Total relaxation. The Milson was extremely inviting. We felt like we were in a cocoon but could also be active with bush walks and kayaking .

We had an amazing time at The Milson. It exceeded our expectations. Jacqui was particularly helpful when it came to arranging food, transport and recommendations for restaurants in the area. Will definitely be back.

We had one of the best weekends! I am a Travel Consultant and have travelled extensively, and this was beyond expectations. Jacqui is an exceptional host that has such amazing advice, is so friendly and really makes sure you have the best stay. The house was beautiful, more than the pictures. I worried it would be a bit too dark for my liking but it’s so unique, authentic and really suits the vibe of the Hawkesbury. The interior is stunning. So much attention to detail from the linen (amazing) to the beds (so comfy!!) to every single essential item too would need and also a beautiful fireplace, deck, outdoor fire, hammock and view. Milsons passage is quiet which is great as not many boats going past. There is SO much to do. The walk to the lookout for sunset it amazing. Boating to restaurants which is so fun, hidden waterholes, oysters tours, pizza and seafood delivery by boat! The fact that there are no roads and cars is fabulous and going everywhere by boat feels so special.

Perfect little getaway with friends for Christmas. Jacqui’s place is private and feels luxurious- communication was fantastic in the months leading up to the trip so we felt very prepared. Very well maintained both in/outside of the house and has everything you would need for a weekend break and more. The bathrooms were stunning and beds super comfortable with black out blinds to enjoy the lazy morning lie ins! Had an amazing time, very unique experience and definitely a Christmas to remember! Tip: perfect weekend trip. definitely encourage other guests to get a boat and organise in advance even for a couple of days. The air BnB comes with kayaks and a standup paddle board which makes for a fun activity but be careful as there are LOADS of jellyfish which stopped us swimming during our stay! Jacqui gave a lot of good recommendations for food/experiences however you would need a boat to get around or use water taxi if not confident but boat was great fun for our group and felt safe!

My daughter and I spent a peaceful and relaxing 2 nights here. The stay was perfect! The river is directly in front of the house, we spent hours chatting and watching the river flow by. We took the fire trail walk and braved the river current in the kayaks. The house is beautiful and very well designed. Everything we could possibly need was there. Jacqui was a wonderful host. Communicative and thoughtful. Thank you for the experience.
