The house has a large open area that includes a kitchen, dining room and living room. There are vaulted ceilings, skylights, natural wood, large windows with a view of Buffalo Mountain and three sliding doors that open to the wrap-around deck overlooking the Snake River. Our listing includes three floors, with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & 1 common bunk room. The rooms have a king bed, a queen bed with single bed bunk on top, two twin beds, 2 rooms with queen beds in the basement and a room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. We also have extra twin mattress in the closet, 3 queen sized pull out couches. The King Master-Suite is up the spiral staircase on the second floor. It has vaulted ceilings, a King sized bed with lots of privacy. It also has a large attached bathroom and private balcony overlooking the river. The views are beautiful and being on the second floor allows for peace & quiet away from the rest of the house. The Queen Bunk Room is a couple steps down off the main floor with sliding door access to the deck. It has a bunk bed that has a queen mattress below and twin XL mattress on top. The top bunk is heavy duty and sturdy enough for a full grown adult, made of beautiful rustic, Colorado wood logs. The Twin Room has 2 twin beds and an extra twin mattress in the closet. It has outside access to the deck leaving you steps away from the hot tub. There are two rooms in the basement each with a queen bed. One of these rooms was our host room when we were renting individual rooms through Airbnb and is now available for additional guests. mka The Basement Bunk Room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds as well as a queen pull out. It also has a private fireplace. A sliding barn door gives this room privacy. The Queen Bunk shares a bathroom with the Twin Room on the main floor and there is a 3rd bathroom in the basement at the bottom of the stairs that is available to the Bunk room. Our Summit County maximum approved occupancy is 15 people. Summit County restricts our maximum approved parking to 5 spaces, all in our drive way. There is no parking in the cul-de-sac.
