Overall a good stay. It was a good house to gather lots of people. Beautiful views and kitchen was well stocked. Communication about early check in was a hassle. I called several times and got many different answers. Same with the hot tub needing to be fixed. It was the whole reason we booked the house. Things happen I understand. But would have liked to see the early check in fee waived to make up for it. Oh well.

We experienced a few maintenance problems and they were handled promptly. Good communication throughout the stay. Loved how spacious the home was.

We did enjoy our stay here overall. It’s a great place for a large group. I do want to note that some of the bedrooms have air mattresses in the frames instead of traditional mattresses, this wasn’t clear in the description when we booked. Also, the smaller twin mattresses were hard, and guests in those rooms had trouble sleeping because of it. Keep in mind if anyone in your group has back issues or similar. That was really the only issue. Everything else was as described and comfortable.

Place was fabulous and very accommodating. Kitchen had all you need and a nice Grill for cooking out. Communication was great with the rental company and all went very smooth.

It’s remote. That has its pros and cons depending on what your groups planned activities are. Do your research and plan ahead, especially with a big group. For our purposes, we had a lot of roadblocks, transportation was a big problem. We had 6 couples in our group coming from all over the state. They only allow 4 cars on the property even though there is definitely room for more. Couldn’t get any Ubers to come out for a pick up- ended up using Jake’s shuttle service..highly recommend, if not for them our trip might have been ruined. 5pm check in seemed ludicrous at the time seeing as our group needed to get checked in and at our event back in Silverthorne by 5.30..it didn’t leave any wiggle room. But they made up for it with a pretty late check out. 😊 All in all we were pleased with our stay, but probably would not book this particular location again.
