My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was BEAUTIFUL and equipped with plenty of amenities. We truly had everything we could have possibly needed in the house. It was situated in a gorgeous, walkable neighborhood, and it was only about a 10 minute drive to the mountain we skied. The only small hiccup were some instances of communication: we requested more towels which were promised the next day, and I had to reach back out again the following day around 2:30pm having not heard anything; we thought perhaps the hosts forgot about the request. We also requested a late checkout but had issues with the currency we were charged in. Some of my messages were read and not responded to, and I was worried the cleaning crew would walk in on our stay since we weren’t able to pay the late checkout fee in advance. Everyone who responded was always kind and courteous, just wished that our particular checkout process was a bit smoother. Everything else was beyond perfect! We hope to return

We came for a family vacation and had a great time. Loved the house and how it was spread out on 3 levels because we could put the grandkids to bed and still visit and be noisy when playing games and it did not wake them up. Liked that 3 of 4 bedrooms had a private bath. Loved the private hot tub!! We will definitely stay here again for our next ski trip.

Great stay. 10:10 would go back. Only issue was with one of the door locks and getting the unlock code to work.
