Irma was fabulous- she always responded quickly. Check-in was easy- just show your passports to the guy at the security gate. Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Our 2 girls did well in the 2nd bedroom - they had an chair that opened into a twin bed so the girls didn’t have to use the same bed. There was a leak that started in the 2nd bathroom’s ceiling but we left the next day so fortunately it didn’t matter too much and she said after our checkout they would start the repair. The only other little problem was ants in the kitchen- don’t leave anything on the counter and you should be fine. The road into the complex is very busy with construction people and it is a dirt road. There is a sidewalk on the left to the Main Street but hopefully after the work is finished they can pave the road. Pool area is great but chairs are limited - can’t reserve them so you must get down early to get an umbrella. Location is great.

The place itself was very peaceful. Pools are nice. There is a store and coffee shop right around the corner. Our checkin was a breeze. The stove, dishwasher, bathrooms and washer all had minor issues at one point. They did send a handyman out who fixed some issues. The forms of communication are confusing. They did give us a late checkout for all our inconveniences. There is a local person who messages you on Whatisapp app then you get a text from the property management company (Vacasa) there response was always we will notify the local team. I message through text as I don’t really use Whatisapp. I’m assuming both are ran by the same person but they are two different people/entities and their communication was delayed with our issues. I believe if all our communication would’ve been directly with the local person-Irma it would have been much better. Overall it was an okay stay.

The best place we have ever stayed! So worth the time and money we spend in, very big and comfortable space, nice and comfy beds, a whole kitchen and well equipped, whasing machine area, a lot of sharing spaces to hang out and a beautiful balcony, my favorite area! Beautiful views, the pools are amazing. Irma was very responsive and very supportive with the whole check in process and the whole time of the stay. Thank you,we had the best time! ✨

el depto es hermoso, y cómodo, hay algunos cambios respecto a las fotos que muestra pero nada que no te deje tener una estancia placentera , el personal es muy amable y las albercas fue lo mejor

Stay was very pleasant as well as manager of building. We had a great timr at the place and felt very safe with security 24/7. The only bad thing was the check in process because security outside was not pleasant and had a really bad attitude. Then it was a trouble using the lock door. But irma was always helpful!
