Very comfortable, new, beautiful and quite big flat with 2 bedrooms, one of which with ensuite bathroom, a big livingroom and a well equipped kitchen. There is also a dishwasher as well as a washing machine. The bedroom facing the main street is affected by the street's noises, while that facing the inner courtyard is very quiet. The flat is near to all services. The information provided were complete and useful. The communication with the host has been easy and kind. The access to the flat is very easy. There is an App for mobile phone to download via the flat wi-fi for setting the heating: it is extremely fast and easy to use, but personally I did not like the idea of having to download an App for controlling the heating (I do not have a smartphone as a choice, so if it was not for my partner I would not have been able to control the heating). Very good experience, I would come back and advise it to all!

Great flat in a great location. Just a few minutes walk into town with restaurants and grocery stores just a few short minutes away. Despite it being next to the high street with quite a bit of traffic during day time, did not hear there traffic much. Good sound insulation. The flat itself is very well equipped and We were there in April but the temperature was quite cold at night. However, the flat was nice and warm. During the day, windows at the back of the flat brings a cool breeze and was nice and cool. Julia and Shaun were very responsive with the messaging and instructions very clear. We had zero problems. All in all, a wonderful stay. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Sevenoaks is the perfect spot between London and Kent. The apartment is ideal for local pubs and restaurants. One heads-up, if you are over 1.90m tall there are a few low beams, but they do add to the character!
