Casa Di Maria combines relaxation and a stunning design in a great location of Afantou near all kinds of conveniences and places of interest. It offers an incredible private swimming pool and a contemporary decor that will steal your heart. The villa is friendly to the environment, as it takes energy from its installed solar panels. Also, the villa is quite close to the cleanest beach of the island, Afantou beach, in only a 5-minute drive. There are 3 fully air conditioned bedroom, one of them has a double bed and two of them have twin beds. All of the tastefully decorated bedrooms have Tvs. There are 2 modern ensuite bathrooms with showers and a shared one with shower as well. Also, there’s a fully equipped kitchen suitable for any meal preparation as well as a living room with a comfortable sitting area, equipped with a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. The villa is friendly to the environment, as it takes energy from its installed solar panels. Outdoors, guests will find their private swimming pool and contemporary sunbeds to enjoy the summer sun. There is a large furnished veranda with BBQ facilities and an outdoor kitchen where you can prepare a tasty meal and enjoy a gathering with your loved ones at the seating areas.

Sensational! My partner and I stayed here for a week in April, we wish we’d booked longer! The apartment is beautiful inside and outside - there wasn’t a single thing to comment on! It is absolutely gorgeous here. Matches the photos and descriptions perfectly! Air conditioning works amazingly! Everything was super tidy, the design of the apartment is stunning. The pool and outdoor cooking area was lovely, and most days were spent enjoying both of these! I’d recommend hiring a car, but there are also a number of bus stops nearby if you were hoping to explore outside of Afantou. We had some amazing food in Afantou and everyone was lovely and so carefree! The host was super responsive and helpful! Very accommodating and a pleasure to talk to! 10/10, I’ve recommended it to all of my friends and I’m already looking at booking it for my next trip to Rhodes! Thank you!
Amazing villa, great outdoor space and spacious living areas for our family of four. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area and BBQ in the evening. A few issues with hot water inside and the pool but the owners were very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. It had very little impact on our overall experience. Great customer service. We would love to come and stay again. Highly recommend.
Amazing house with lots of outdoor space. It's modern, clean, and quiet. The house is well-situated, close to the beach, supermarket, and Rhodes Town by car. We enjoyed our stay here a lot, and the host is super flexible. We recommend staying here!
Wir haben uns die Unterkunft für dieses Preis anders vorgestellt .Wir vertrauen gerne auf eine gute Bewertung vor allem die Sauberkeit muss bei uns volle Punktzahl haben.Wir sind da sehr genau und die ganzen Badezimmer sind schon sehr verkalkt oder zu viel Chlor .Eine Mülltonne im Badezimmer ist defekt und auch die Klobürsten gut benütz.Ein Duschkopf hatte keine Halterung mehr.Allgemein sind die Badezimmer schon etwas abgenutzt. In einem hat es sehr muffelig gerochen .Die Schlafzimmer sind bequem .In der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt .Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt da viele Strände in der Nähe sind die eine wärmere Wassertemperatur haben.Bitte beim buchen nachfragen ob das Mäuse Problem behoben ist.Hatten in unseren Willkommens Korb gemerkt das eine Packung an Kekse schon leicht offen war. In der Nacht haben wir dann Geräusche gehört und gesehen wie eine kleine Maus an unseren Nudeln knabberte. In allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt .
Väldigt fint och rent hus och poolområde som motsvarade alla förväntningar. Så gott som allt var perfekt. Lugnt och bra område, men lite avsides. Vi hade hyrbil hela veckan och det är nog ett måste att ha.

Along this beautiful beach, visitors can find coffee shops and bars serving cold drinks, as well as restaurants serving fish and traditional food. The villa is also close to the beautful beach on the island Tsampika only a 15-minute drive. This beach stretches over 1 km and combines soft, golden sand with crystal clear and shallow waters. For those who want to do some sightseeing during their holidays, Close to the villa you can also find 7 springs, or “Epta Piges” as it is commonly called, that is a place of unique natural beauty and offers visitors a unique opportunity to appreciate nature and the wildlife of the island.
