Outside bbq area and saltwater pool can be used. 10 minutes walk to pristine Bellambi beach, cafes and grocery shops. Very family friendly neighbourhood and relaxed atmosphere so you don’t have to stress about your messy kids! PLEASE NOTE: There are 2 other occupied dwellings on this property. One is a stand alone house at the rear of the property 1000 square metre block) that my mother lives in and another one is a self contained unit that is attached to the airbnb dwelling. This unit is part of the house and shares a wall with the sun room and dining room of the house. A single woman lives in this unit and she will keep to herself. These two tenants will have a seperate access to their dwellings through the garage and will not be around to bother you. You may bump into them in the pool area or in the backyard as they access their places or to the fridge in the pool house/bbq area. There is no access to the garage by guests. My mum Trudy will be on-site and available to help with any queries you may have but will also give you full privacy to enjoy your stay.
