Very well decorated. Super comfortable. Neighborhood looks sketchy but is fine. Walk out front door and go left to very nice neighborhood. Property is on intersection of busy streets but was very quiet from 10.00 to 8. 00.

A very clean, lovely apartment. Like spotless, perfectly clean! Comfortable and spacious. We had some trouble locating the parking lot (we arrived late, it was dark). There is a lot of traffic noise, but I always travel with ear plugs, so it was not a big deal. Centrally located, easy to access everywhere in Memphis. Overall, very happy with this rental!
