The host was very responsive and the house was in a very private quiet area! The beach and parks near the rental where amazing. Also the house was very cozy

Location was just as described. James sent over all the info we needed to have a relaxing few days. In town for a wedding, so we knew the area was private and he let us know of a a few local locations if we needed to venture out. Very clean location. Had to actually turn the heat on when we arrived late our first night, which worked quickly. Nice to have both AC and Heat with the temp going so low and then high the next day. Really enjoyed our quick stay and so affordable compared to others for really a nice 3 bedroom home. Able to sneak out and visit the lake and the 2 lighthouses close by. Would book again if in the area again.

We stayed here with our kids and another family. The cabin and property was clean and very roomy. James was extremely helpful and very fast with responding back if we had questions. Perfect weekend getaway!

What a treat! James' place is in an astonishingly beautiful part of the world, the house is perfect, and one couldn't ask for a better host. We mostly hiked, hunted for fossils, cooked out, and enjoyed the serene setting. Already look at the calendar to book another visit!
