非常好的房东 对我们的国际旅行帮助很大也很友善 房间布局合理 厨房起居在房子的一边 生活区在另外一边 厨房设备完善，可以快速准备孩子们的早饭 位处圣莫尼卡非常安全的区域 适合不熟悉当地的国际旅行者 户外小花园和洗衣区域设计合理 也很隔音 最重要的是 有一台完美的三角钢琴！孩子们每天可以练习！哈哈哈

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The place was cozy and well set up, with everything one might need, especially in the kitchen which was well appointed. The two outdoor spaces were a nice added bonus. This was a true home that had a great vibe and character to it which made it special. Lauren (and Trevor) were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Although the listing is lovely, our stay surpassed our expectations. Peaceful, cozy, chic. And the help and support from Lauren made our stay even more comfortable, making the quality of the home and the experience cohesive.

Beautiful house in a nice location in Santa Monica with some private back yard spaces. You’ll need to drive to get most anywhere, but you can walk to local coffee and the beach. Was big enough for six people, including 2 kids, and the house (including the beds) was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. There is one room with a small en suite bathroom if you have multiple families staying. I would say for those with small kids, 3 is about the lower age limit for mobile kids, and it depends on how well behaved your young kid is. Mine was fine but he doesn’t tend to mess with adult stuff on shelves. There are some pieces of art on low shelves, and gas valves on the floor next to each fireplace, so I did feel I should be a little more vigilant with him. All in all, a good stay.

Amazing location in the Palisades. Shopping, dining and walking all some of the best in LA.
