I would recommend this place to stay. Very well designed to sleep many people. Very clean and updated. Very good security. Close to many things to do. Very large pool to relax in between your planned adventures.

Great location very quiet. The door security was so nice and friendly. The apt was clean but I must say the building can use some updates .

Great location with beach, proximity to El Yunque, and within 30ish minutes to the ferry for Culebra/Vieques. There are some great food Kiosks right down the road (driving) - I recommend San Miguel, especially las costillas! The beach & pool access closes at 7pm (in April), but at that time of day it was dark, so no concerns. You also only have one key to exit and enter these areas. The rules for the pool are a bit ridiculous. We were scolded for a having a stainless steel water bottle with only water in it. They only allow disposable plastic bottles, which I find a bit ridiculous, especially being next to the ocean and in the hot sun. The place itself was very clean, bed was comfortable, and it was really nice to have the extra items like beach chairs, cooler, and sand toys for my little one. The only issue I had is the air conditioners leak onto the couch on the balcony, leaving only a small portion of the sofa usable. Aside from that, everything was great and I highly recommend!
