The house is very well appointed and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient to the places we were visiting. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.

The house was great. Beautiful kitchen and plenty of space. Carson provided a Pack and Play for my granddaughter making our drive less crowded. Berthoud wad a cute little town and convenient to Loveland where my family reunion was. Would definitely stay again.

The home is beautiful, modern, up to date, very clean, and well appointed. There are plenty of kitchen wares provided, and the laundry is fully stocked. Access to the home was easy, the neighborhood is peaceful and pretty. Carson was responsive and helpful, and provided additional items for us upon request. The home was a bit tricky to find the first time, as the address doesn't lead you right to it on map apps (it is around a corner in a private cul-de-sac). The house doesn't have air conditioning, but with windows and attic fan it is fine on all but the warmest nights. The master bedroom TV is not powered or connected and the grill is charcoal / wood only. As long as you are aware of these items, the rest of the stay was very pleasant, the home is modern and clean, and Carson is a good and responsive host.

Such a fabulous home! All the comforts and everything we could possibly need for our one week stay! So much room that we hosted a Denver Nuggets playoff game watch party with some of the other family who were also in town for our niece's wedding. Everyone loved this beautiful home. Modern for sure, and large, and yet cozy and comfortable. Carson was fantastic to work with. I can't imagine staying anyplace else when we return to the area.
