Our newly built, modern, townhome, is located in Heron Lakes golf community, a short walk to the TPC championship golf course.
Enjoy a great meal and drinks at the public clubhouse restaurant and bar "Center Stage" featuring contemporary American cuisine. They serve a wide variety of craft beers, specialty cocktails, and fine wines. Be sure to experience the massive patio and panoramic views of the famous Rocky Mountains. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long, sunny Colorado day! You can easily make reservations on OpenTable app.
Our neighborhood offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation. Step outside the front door and enjoy a game of golf, pickleball, or practice your putting stroke on the putting green! Hike or bike along the nearby trails, or take a stroll around the community and enjoy the awesome views of Heron Lakes, TPC golf course, and the Rocky Montains! Walk to Berthoud Resevoir for easy hiking trail, restroom, paddle craft access, bird watching and fishing. There's even a large Great Blue Heron Rookery between Welch Resevoir and Lonetree Resevoir. Nature and beauty are sacred here.
In addition, our neighborhood offers conveniences just a block away - Starbucks, McDonalds, Taco Bell Dominos and Kum & Go gas station. Five minutes away by vehicle, you can use the new Berthoud Community Recreation Center - indoor aquatics facility, gymnasium, cardio and weight training, group fitness room, climbing wall, child watch, locker rooms, and party/event room. Drop-in admission fees are $7/adult and $5.50/youth or senior.
We are centrally located to Fort Collins, Loveland, Longmont, Boulder, Estes Park and Denver. Rocky Mountain National Park is 50-minute drive. The town of Windsor just opened a mini ski resort called Hoedown Hill (25 minute drive). You can buy a day pass for tubing, skiing, snowboarding and the terrain park.
And when you're on-the-go exploring Colorado, we have some Yetis and Temprecraft travel drinkware to use on your adventures. Just in case you didn't bring any with you.
If you're staying home, the townhome has darts in the garage, 3 smart TVs, games, books, and a modern kitchen equipped for cooking, cocktail hour, and the comforts you seek. Brew up some gourmet coffee or cup of tea that we provide, grab one of the extra soft throw blankets and curl up on the couch or patio loveseat. We also provide "Mountain Escape" bathroom amenities to make your stay extra special. This is your getaway. Do it your way.

**Please do not parallel-park anywhere in the complex or block the sidewalks with the rear of your car in the driveway.**
