Welcome to our little piece of heaven. Just a few blocks from the beach, lake Lytle and a mile from downtown. This house will be perfect for your small friend and family gatherings. Relax in the HUGE, fenced and peaceful backyard with fire pit. Or grill out in the covered and fenced in patio. We have fully remodeled this home and made it an extension of our hearts. We are honored to share it with you. Open concept living, dining and kitchen. Two bedrooms at the end of the hall and one off of the kitchen with a slider door to the back yard. Two full baths, one with tub and one with W&D. Dining table set for six but extends to 8. Bar top table with three stools with charging ports. Bedroom furniture and lamps with charging ports. All closets have hangers. The enclosed carport is a great space when it's windy and chilly. Outdoor furniture seats 7-9. Back yard has gazebo and four Adirondack chairs with contained fire pit.

Lots of memories made at this beautiful Airbnb! My family and I enjoyed our stay, this home was quite close to the beach too. Don’t let being by the highway deter you as we did not notice the noise at all. Airbnb offered more than what we expected. Loved how the kitchen was nicely labeled and the house was well stocked (was happy with the large assortment of seasonings for use) :) Also, appreciated how there were many beach towels and other things we can use. Lindsay and Kevin were also very responsive and made checking in easy, thanks again!
We loved our stay here! It was the perfect place to get away from it all, private and peaceful and a short walk from the beach. We had quiet evenings around the fireplace along with a chorus of frogs, and long days exploring the town and walking the beach. This is definitely going in our list of places we want to come back to!!
This house is so cute and was perfect for 6 adults! We really loved the fenced in carport made sitting area. The beach decor was fitting and kitchen was so nice. Do NOT let being on the highway deter you. It was never a problem and we really didn't hear the road noise much and it never bothered us. A short walk led us right to the beach! We had a great stay and would stay again.
This was exactly what our family of 5 was looking for. Lots of space and very well appointed. We made of use of the puzzles and games. Very short walk to the beach. Would happily stay here again.
We had a great time. Best place to stay in Rockaway.

We are located toward the end of town headed to Manzanita. About 14 min to Manzanita. We are not in a neighborhood. Have one neighbor on the other side of vegetation and other side next to a commercial building no longer running. It's very private. There is a lot of parking on the property. We do not advertise or suggest parking in the lot next door. Please do so at own risk.
We are off the hwy so we don't offer bikes. We do see lots of people still biking, however, probably because of the large shoulder. You can walk to the beach easily, and even to 12th street which is where Lake Lytle boat launch is at. Dock is down further on the hwy side. Shopping and eating will require driving and parking. If you cross the Hwy there is a walking/biking path along the RR tracks you can get to downtown by as well.
