Me and a couple buddies went up there for a few days and had an iverall good time. Place was decently private although the road was not too far. Not much to do outside of simply enjoying the wilderness and hanging out with friends. Would recommend if wanting to get away and be in the forest.

We had a really nice stay. A miscommunication between me and my husband about the location of his archery tournament turned out to be a happy accident. We had a nice weekend stay in the country and he still made it to his tournament. The cabin is remote (cell service not great) which was actually a blessing. We went over to Marathon Lake with the pup a couple of times and enjoyed that. Lots of small, nice touches in the cabin. We took advantage of the fire pit and made smores both nights. Went over to La Cabana for delicious Mexican food about 8 miles away one night. Very quiet and lots of nature sounds. Very easy in and out.
