The house was quiet although the neighbors were bothersome because it seems that they were there before my group and on more than one occasion they knocked on the door to take things that they had stored in the garage but everything else was very good

Mitchell and Phil were some of the best hosts I have ever had using Airbnb. Not only was the hospitality amazing for an Airbnb, but they were just genuinely kind people. Extremely helpful in anything we asked and on top of that they came around to introduce themselves to us (me and my party). I have never had a host of Airbnb do that before. the property was also very clean, and just like the advertising pictures. Honestly I'm surprised at how accurate the pictures were to the real property. Highly recommended any properties run by these two individuals. Thank you Phil and Mitchell for all the great times and memories I and my party were able to create and capture in Florida.
