Paula’a place was great! It was a perfect location for our group! The house was very clean and all the necessities were provided! The neighborhood was located in a great area and being able to walk to the beach was a plus! The house was located close to great restaurants and a short drive away from Newport! Paula was responsive and an overall wonderful host! We hope to return in the future!

We stayed for a long girls trip to celebrate our 40th birthdays. Five moms who were “off duty”! The house was plenty big enough and extremely comfortable for us all. We loved the location/proximity to the Block Island Ferry, Newport, private Kelly beach and so many fantastic restaurants! We will definitely consider booking again!

The house is a lovely new build, very modern. The location is nice as you have a reasonable walk to the beach. There are a few places to eat close by that you are probably better off driving too, and there's also a charming little grocer close by as well. Minimally outfitted to be an airbnb - showers had shampoo but no soap, there were 2 pillows per bed (so everyone in our group slept on one pillow), no mirrors in some of the bedrooms. During our stay 2 of the shower drains and a couple of sink drains were backed up, but Paula was very communicative and apologetic and had contacted a plumber, but they were unfortunately not able to make it out during our stay. Pros: Location, spacious, nice deck with grill, comes with beach passes, chairs, wagon, umbrellas. Cons: Minimally stocked, outdoor shower was a little gross with tons of algae, and our drain issue. Overall it was a nice place. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying there again
