I wouldn’t highly encourage anyone looking for a luxurious beach side stay to book with Cait. Just a couple minute walk from the back door brings you right to a beach front. The views from the house and sounds of the crashing waves were fantastic!

Cait was great. The house is in a great location and was clean. Only caveat is the 3rd BR is in the basement off the garage. Overall would definitely stay again.

A perfect home for extended family holiday gathering. Great layout and location. House was full of lots of extras including games that made for great family night fun! Close to Newport, URI and beaches. Would stay again.

We went for a girls weekend on a frigid January weekend. We loved coming back to the coziness of the home. It is incredibly well appointed. I highly recommend!!!

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in!! The place was super clean and well maintained, the views were stunning and there was plenty of things to do in that area, if you are looking for a place to stay I definitely recommend. Besides the house, the host was super responsive with any questions I had and was very nice. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of room for my friends and I. This is by far the best Airbnb and I plan on booking again in the near future!! This was my birthday weekend and this was the best place where all of my friends and I could spend time and go to the beaches and enjoy the views.
