As a guest in our home, you have access to all interior spaces, a full backyard, and an off street driveway. You also have access to a storage shed in the backyard that has beach toys, one cruiser style bike, beach chairs, a s'mores center and tools for cooking out. Additional bikes can be rented at the bike shop about a half mile up the road. Info on rental rates is included at the home for your convenience. If you desire, you can also access Newport's Fitness and Aquatic Center using complimentary passes provided to our guests. To access, simply let us know you'd be interested in your initial introductory message and upon reservation confirmation we will let you know how to access the passes stored in the house. Animals are not allowed in this home as it is designated as an animal-allergen free home due to allergies on behalf of the homeowner.
