The living room opens up to a dining area with seating for 6, overlooking the pool. KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser. BEDROOMS: Each room has its own unique charm. Bedroom #1: King-size bed. Bedroom #2: 2 Full-size beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room and a baby bassinet provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) and a hairdryer. Bath and pool towels are available. LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer are provided, along with detergent. OUTDOOR SPACE: The large outdoor area is completely fenced in, offering utmost privacy. It features a spacious saltwater pool and a covered patio with lounge space for 6 people. GUEST ACCESS: You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note: Guests with Children: Please be aware that the pool does not have a child fence around it. It is recommended that any child visiting the property knows how to swim. Children must be supervised at all times. Glass products are not allowed near the pool. Plastic glasses and plates are provided in the kitchen for outdoor use. Parties or receptions are not permitted. Only guests included in the booking are allowed to stay. Please respect our neighbors by refraining from playing loud music after 10 PM. The minimum age to book is 25 years old. Pool service takes place once a week on Thursday mornings. Please do not be alarmed. There is no cable or satellite service connected to the property.
