Nous avions réservé pour un mois en arrivant quelle surprise de constater l’intérieur et l’extérieur. On a communiqué avec Airbnb pour leur envoyer 50 photos de la maison ainsi que vidéos. Une maison soit disant belle, rénovée, propre, accueillante et bien non. Elle est sale de partout intérieur comme extérieur Fenêtres sales, draps usés et sales , intérieurs tiroirs sales, portes de douche sales, fourmis, pas de séchoir à cheveux Odeur dans la maison etc etc Pour le rapport qualité prix on repassera on peut se permettre d’être exigeant quand à la propreté des lieux et le secteur choisi. On peut prendre soin de ses clients en faisant appel à du personnel qualifié, responsable afin de rendre un séjour agréable. Nous avons reloué avec Airbnb pour un meilleur environnement

Thank you to Bonnie and Mathew! Everything was perfect. The townhouse is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood which felt like home. We stayed there with our toddler and he loved it as well. Pack and Play and an electric kettle to prepare baby milk was available and very convenient. The hosts were easy to contact and replied quickly to all of my questions. Check in and out was easy as well. Neighborhood is well maintained and neighbors are friendly and helpful too. It was the best vacation we ever had and we would love to return as soon as possible.

We had a delightful and busy 3 weeks with family at Bonnie's condo. The walk to the beach was a tad longer than I anticipated at 1.4 miles. We managed to find parking at the lagoons about 1/2 of the time - we were there at a particularly busy time. There are a number of good restaurants nearby: Roy's, Mekiko, Eggs and things, Monkey Pod. We also enjoyed the DB Grill and The Beach House (up the coast). My son enjoyed the golfing. The Safeway and Target are an easy drive about 4-5 miles away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bonnie’s Ko’olina townhouse. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and helpful, the staff courteous and professional. Communication was a dream, fast answers to all our questions. All instructions were clear. The pool area was a winner, clean, quiet and the hot tub a real treat after a busy day at the lagoons. We made a point of getting to the free parking at lagoon 4 early before it got too full. The beach equipment provided at the house made it easy to be comfortable all day. The house itself is very well stocked, quality beach towels and bath towels, excellent laundry facilities and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The only thing missing was a kitchen stepstool. At my 5 foot 1 inch those high cupboards and microwave proved a challenge until we found a utility stepstool in the garage then all was well. We’d book again.

This townhouse was so wonderful for our family. We were able to see everything on the island and leave the chaos of the city and go back to a peaceful paradise. We were able to make several meals with the grill and full kitchen each day and still enjoy food and culture while out. The hot tub and swimming pool are clean and relaxing. Bonnie and Mathew provided many of the necessities such as a beach umbrella, chairs, towels, cooler and even sunscreen if needed. The community is absolutely gorgeous and we even spent a day walking around the Disney resort and had shaved ice. The lagoons are peaceful and family friendly, overall this home away from home really made our experience the best it could be.
