Good house. WiFi issues. Possums are very noisy on roof!

We had a disappointing stay here and had to cut short our stay. Issues were: - insufficient supplies for our 6-night stay (toiletries, dishwashing powder, rubbish bin liners, tea and coffee enough for 2-3 days) - kitchen faucet came off when we first used it - dirty cutlery and oily cooking pot - dirty oven rack, no baking sheet, so we can’t use oven - WiFi keeps dropping off, essentially not usable. - rusty knives - the beddings are not clean because they triggered wheezing in my son and me, and we had to use an asthma inhaler. I raised these issues to the host but they were unhelpful and unwilling to resolve any of them. I sought Airbnb team’s assistance to shorten my booking with a full refund of the remaining nights, which initially the host refused to do. At around AU$300/ night, this place is sub-standard and service by the host is bad.

Our weekend stay was fabulous in this very tidy and convenient unit. Our party was made up of only adults and the two bedroom two bathroom unit was spacious and so comfortable. Very enjoyable stay, thank you very much.

We had a lovely stay. The house was beautiful and spacious and the neighbourhood was quiet and leafy. Everything worked as expected.
