A great stay at the Roxbury house - lots of space and beautiful details. Kitchen well stocked (knives were good)!, soap and lotion in all the bathrooms. The landscaping created a lovely country oasis on the lawns. The pool was very cold and refreshing with beautiful greenery around. Pool is small but has a deep end which was great. There were plenty of areas to sit and relax - 2 sitting rooms, a comfy window seat, screened in porch. It was hard to watch TV as a family though because the TV was high up in the kitchen with limited seating - just two big chairs. The outdoor furniture on porches was pretty weathered. Could use seating/lounge chairs near pool. Primary suite is spacious with a lovely window seat, closet/laundry/bath and shower all off the main bedroom - very comfortable and convenient. The area is quiet and hilly, farmland and houses. Farm stand down the street was handy for produce and a few staples. Listed $ per nite was fine but after fees felt too high.

Beautiful home / very comfy. There is absolutely no outdoor furniture including the pool area. The outside chairs are moldy and clearly just not used in a long time. Great location close to Manhattan.
