The house was very nice and easily accommodated my family. The location was good if visiting Fremont or San Jose. The 4th bedroom was only accessible by walking through another one of the bedrooms, which really limited how both those rooms could be used. In addition, the entire house smelled like cigarettes. We tried to air it out over several days, but it only dissipated a little. If smoking is allowed on the property, it should have been somewhere in the listing because the smell was pervasive. When I mentioned it to the host, she told me smoking was not allowed anywhere on the property, although the information printed in a binder at the house clearly stated smoking was allowed and ashtrays were provided.
