Edwin's place was clean and organized with upgraded features. Just like the pictures! It gave us the home away from home feeling offering coziness and comfort. Edwin was responsive and very helpful. The neighborhood was safe, quaint and quiet. The unit is within walking distance to the grocery store and several other eateries making the unit conveniently located. It was easy to run out and grab items without having to drive anywhere. Rooms were adequately spaced and the bonus room has a bunk bed which is ideal for those with tweens or smaller kids. This place offers the best of both worlds: Access to the hustle and bustle of the city but a nice beach escape for relaxation. Edwin is a great host with a lovely unit. When we return we will most definitely stay at Edwin's place again!

Great place to stay when visiting New York.. It was very spacious for us, and we had a family of five everything is newly renovated.. The kitchen was equipped with enough stuff to cook simple meals … check in was very simple And the location is great. It is a small, safe community. We felt very safe.

Awesome spot close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. I would stay there again!

Everything was wonderful . The place was very clean ! Edwin was great with communication and tips !! I would recommend to anyone . Only thing that can be worked on is an extra long mirror in the place . Also the location wasn’t exactly where I needed to be I thought I was closer but it’s ok and everything worked out
