House was clean and spacious. Parking was a little difficult as it is street parking only but I mean that’s also everywhere in New York.

Nice accommodation for my large crew. we enjoyed the stay. Michael was accommodating . we had no trouble. will do it again definitely.

Host was easy to communicate with, he gave us recommendations on places to eat. The house was clean, we didn’t use the kitchen much other than coffee pot and fridge. It did look as though things were there for cooking we spent a lot of time in the city so we ate there. The subway entrance is across the street and the ferry was just a short walk up the street. We did not visit the beach area close to the house so I cannot give feedback on that. The train was something you could hear, but it didn’t really bother us. The house is older so the floors creaked when you walk, if that’s something that bothers you then I wouldn’t recommend the stay, we had kids with us so this was a way to keep track of where they all were.

Michael was really responsive and a great help when I had any questions. I didn’t like that I had to take off my shoes.. I don’t like walking on other people’s floors in my socks because that put germs in my shoes. But overall the space was great.. I will rent again
