Horrible, have been trying to get a hold of a host for 2 hours. Lock on door is just a hassle to use have to download an app then hope the app works. Once the app works you have to wait on the host get back to you yeah whenever that is right. Can’t even get a full refund it seem like a scam to me. So frustrating just lost a night of work lost money on this airbnb. If you are traveling for work like I am do not come here you will not have that safe feeling for you belonging and pets. Please fix you locks and answer your phone to whoever is the host. Super unprofessional
