Tam's place was perfect for this weekend! The house was clean and modern, just as described, and the best were soft like memory foam (great sleep!). The balcony was cute and the neighborhood was quiet. Tam was communicative but not intrusive. It was a wonderful weekend and a blessing not to have to worry about the accommodations. I highly recommend Tam and the 'GRCozyHaven!' Thank you, Tam!

Tam was very prompt with his responses to my text and assistance with anything I need. He made sure we had what we requested with immediate effect. The place is a very nice and conducive home for any kind of stay, be it for a conference, a vacation or a get away. Anything you'll need in a home is available. I was attending a conference, however the place felt like home. There were various games to play and I really appreciate the serenity of the environment. I’ll recommend you chose this place if you're considering staying in Grand Rapids and its neighboring communities.

This was a very comfortable and lovely property. We had my teenage grandkids, my daughter and son-in-law and myself. Everyone loved it. There was a lot to do in the area and also right at the home. We would definitely stay here again!
