You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming place to stay. PLEASE REVIEW THE HOUSE RULES (try staying for a shorter duration) Nice and bright room, apartment in a residential area house, with a common area and a shared, bathroom (one other room), living room, dining room, and kitchen. The apartment has 3 rooms, one has a private bathroom. 3 blocks to # 7 Subway, half block from bus lines. Full size bed, chair, desk, a table, lamp, Heating. Central AC. Wi-Fi access. Safe NYC neighborhood. Shared space with the owner. The apartment was just renovated, it doesn't have an old distribution like the old apartments in New York City. Modern look and clean, not clogged at all in the Kitchen, living room, and bathrooms.

This place had everything I needed for my stay. Jose is a great host, with excellent communication. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe inside and out in the neighborhood. Will stay here again.

my first time staying in queens and i couldnt ask for more! jose and ernesto were super friendly and welcoming. always asked how i was and even shared stories with me. definitely will recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet and peaceful neighborhood
A very clean, comfortable and safe AirBnB. Easily accessible to Manhattan and Brooklyn by the 7 subway ten minutes walk away. Excellent grocery store nearby. Thank you, Jose and Ernesto!
