This home was exactly as pictured and so spacious/beautiful. The host always provided quick detailed instructions when I asked questions. I would definitely return here.

We’ve rented Sergiy’s place to celebrate New Year’s Eve with our friends. The house is very beautiful and spacious; despite the fact that the house is large, it was very warm, we felt like home right away, which made our stay very pleasant during cold weather. The house was very well decorated including a large Christmas tree in the living room. The house also had a large dining table which was also decorated for celebration prior to our arrival. The kitchen was very well equipped for a large group of people. The thing that we liked the most about the house is that the house was spotless; all rooms and bathrooms were clean. The house also came with very cool amenities such sauna and hot tub. The host was very responsive any time we needed to get in touch with him. We also went skiing to Camelback which was about 15-18 mins drive. We would definitely recommend Sergiy’s place and would rent again for another celebration or a ski trip.

It was a beautiful place, very neat and clean, the owner is very responsive. 100% recommend. Definitely want to use this house again in the future !

Sergiy is a great host who was always available, friendly and accommodating. His house was lovely with an awesome mountain view and had an all the amenities of home. We were able to house 10 people very comfortably and enjoy an amazing Thanksgiving dinner with my mother and sisters who lived in the neighborhood. Everyone loved the home. His house was super clean and everything was as listed and in great condition. I will rent this home for every large gathering my family has. Thanks again for everything Sergiy!
